Get ready for some pimping action ;)

Go around the outter edges of the windows with the lasso tool (L).

Then go to image>adjust>brightness/contrast and lower the brightness.. DONE!

Or if you fancy some Jap style tints why not go to image>adjust>varitaions and add colour to the selection.
